EMDR Basic Training: Parts 1 & 2

The Counseling Center offers EMDRIA-Approved Part 1 and Part 2 EMDR Trainings for licensed professionals and graduate students. There is a Part 1 Training scheduled for the weekend of March 29-31, 2019 and then Part 2 will be held May 24-26, 2019. Beyond the Basics: An EMDR Refresher & Expansion Course
with Stacy Stoddard, LCMFT, EMDRIA Approved Consultant
This 6-hour EMDR course is geared toward EMDR therapists who need a refresher or who just generally want to enhance their basic EMDR skills. The course will review the AIP model, other essential protocols, creative EMDR interventions, and cognitive interweaves. The course will ultimately empower each participant’s confidence in his/her EMDR skills.

Ethics in EMDR

We also offer EMDRIA-Approved Consultation for trained EMDR clinicians who are seeking EMDR Certification or who just want to deepen their EMDR work. Consultation can be arranged for individual sessions or in groups. Consultation groups are offered throughout the year, and may be a good option for those wanting to begin the expansion of their EMDR work. Feel free to contact the Counseling Center for the dates and times of our ongoing groups.
