A Message From Gayle:

If you are an older woman your child rearing, your grand-mothering, or your career may all be requiring less of you and you are wondering about your place and purpose in the world.

This group emerges out of my thoughts that as women elders our purpose now is to provide care and support for ourselves and one another, and to hold the mature feminine presence that is needed in the world. Then, we can invite in younger women who seek elders with some wisdom, experience and support that they need in transitional times

This group offering is being made at this time because of my belief that now, more than ever, the world needs all that the feminine offers to heal, to restore, and to move forward. When I speak of the feminine I am speaking of the qualities that feminine energy holds: emotions, relatedness, intuition, creativity, nurturance, and community. Our collective mind and our collective systems are in desperate need of those feminine qualities to help provide safety, care, and justice for all of us.

The masculine is about Doing, the Feminine is about Being. This Circle will hold space for Being that can strengthen, empower and embody feminine presence and contribute to all the doing needed in the world. We will be building that space that supports Being that wise and embodied feminine presence. I will provide stories, resources and practices that we can share.

Phase II: Inviting younger women, age 40 and above, to join the circle of elders for community, support, and growth.
