Dana Kresslein, LCSW-C

Dana Kresslein is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) with over five years of experience supporting individuals across diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, transition-age youth (18–25), and adults. She is committed to creating a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and build a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

Dana takes an integrative and intentional approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals. She draws from evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based frameworks, mindfulness, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Her work focuses on helping clients navigate challenges related to interpersonal relationships, gender identity, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation, grief, and life transitions. Dana strives to support clients in deepening self-understanding, strengthening resilience, and feeling empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.
