Kelly M. Jenssen, LCPC
Kelly M. Jenssen, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor , EMDR Certified Therapist, and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, works with adolescents and adults navigating the impact of complex trauma, PTSD, and a range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about supporting first responders, veterans, and individuals healing from developmental and relational trauma.
Kelly believes healing involves more than managing symptoms. It is about reconnecting with yourself, building greater self-trust, and accessing your innate capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. She strives to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences, deepening self-understanding, and creating meaningful, lasting change that feels authentic, embodied, and aligned with who they are.
Her work is rooted in EMDR therapy and guided by a holistic understanding that healing involves the mind, body, and nervous system. She integrates EMDR with parts work, somatic approaches, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Kelly is especially passionate about helping clients move from intellectual understanding to embodied healing, creating lasting change that feels integrated rather than simply understood. In addition to her clinical work, Kelly provides EMDR consultation to clinicians seeking certification and advanced training. Outside of the therapy room, Kelly enjoys hiking, yoga, exploring nature, discovering new music, baking, and spending time with her cat, Luna.
