Settle into a cushioned recliner and allow yourself to fully unwind in this intimate, small-group sound bath experience. Soft tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments create a calming atmosphere that supports deep rest and nervous system regulation.
Throughout the session, Audra moves mindfully through the space, offering personalized sound to each participant, fostering a sense of connection and care.
