Our women's support circle offers a dedicated space for connection and collective healing at a more accessible price point than traditional individual therapy.

This group has been active since 2023 and continues to thrive. Over the years, members have joined, moved on, and returned, demonstrating the enduring value of this female community.

We welcome all woman-identifying individuals (trans-inclusive) to gather in community, share lived experiences, and practice presence together. Rather than positioning a single "expert" as the source of healing, this circle honors collective wisdom—the belief that every member contributes knowledge, culture, humor, care, and insight vital to our shared process.

Each session begins and ends with a brief grounding practice, followed by open conversation and member check-ins.
